According to the report of the Public Relations Department of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order, Dr. Muhammad Mokhber, Chairman of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order, who was speaking in the ordinary annual general meeting of the Barakat Foundation, said: “providing people’s livelihood is impossible but through creating Jobs.”
Emphasizing the organization of job creation in the country, he added, “The importance of activities of Barakat Foundation is admirable in this regard. Barakat Foundation would play key role in solving a number of the country’s problems such as unemployment.”
“Despite its all good measures and activities, Barakat Foundation needs to struggle more for reaching the ideal point. People trust the foundation, so it needs to reach a point where all try to arrange their benefactor issues through it,” the Chairman of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order reiterated.
Dr. Mokhber referred to the revolutionary and jihadi spirit as the main condition for working in the Barakat Foundation and said: “Barakat Foundation is a place for the elite and jihadi people. The Jihadi spirit does not mean doing unplanned works, but it is the main condition of doing jihadi activities, taking advantage of intelligence, discipline, self-devotion and taking advice.”
For him, Self-esteem is another necessary condition for being deserved to work in the Barakat Foundation. “Today, Barakat Foundation has become a reputation for the country and its performance, in terms of international criteria, is acceptable and verifiable, as well. However, when you serve people, you should avoid any sort of arrogance or vanity, because such feeling is the beginning of your collapse and fall.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, the chairman of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) asked for more precision and severity in choosing facilitators of creating employments and emphasized, “The facilitators of Barakat Foundation must be the symbol of piety, commitment and jihadi struggle and besides moral and faith criteria, they need to supervise works continuously.”
Pointing to the fluctuations of foreign currency rate within the last year, Dr. Mokhber reiterated: “For launching job creation projects which can export their products or can prevent importing one or more products must be prioritized.”
Management of proper attribution and distribution of credits, meeting promises and having a sense of commitment and the necessity of designing a proper software for monitoring the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries of activities of the Barakat Foundation were among other plans on which the chairman of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) stressed.
Pointing to the fact that all activities of Barakat Foundation are based on the contribution, he said, “As the job creation activities of the Barakat Foundation are done through people’s contributions, constructional and infrastructural activities must be done through the same manner.
Dr. Mokhber emphasized that the unfinished projects must be completed by the first half of the year as soon as possible and added, “It is necessary that an agent is determined for each province in order to monitor and follow all performed activities in the province.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, Dr. Mokhber said, “All of society-based job creation models of the Barakat Foundation are acceptable, but the research and development team active in this Foundation needs to produce economic models continuously in order to have a variety of job-creation mechanisms.
Finally, Dr. Mokhber appreciated the diverse services of the Barakat Foundation as the representative of the Execution of Imam Khomeini’s Order across the deprived areas of the country and also efforts and transparency of managers of this foundation.
