The projects are supposed to be finished within the next few months. Launching these job creation projects will be followed by the creation and development of more than 3000 new job opportunities in this western province of Iran.

Out of the mentioned 1800 job creation projects, about 1000 projects have been launched so far and other 800 projects are on the verge of launching and will be finished by the next few months, the Public Relations Department of Barakat foundation reported.

According to this report, after 2018 Sarpol-e Zahab earthquake, Barakat Foundation, as the representative of EIKO was obliged to revive the rural employments which had been annihilated by the earthquake. In this regard and in the first step, a number of 315 job creation projects were developed in the earthquake-ridden areas, especially for the bread-winner women. Barakat Foundation gave grants to implement such job creation projects. In the second step of it, as a result of a MOU concluded between Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) and the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, 500 job creation projects, in the framework of society-based job-creation model of Barakat, aka SAHAB, were put atop agenda. These job creation projects were launched through cooperation between facilitators of Barakat Foundation and employment experts of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation.

In the third step and after successful implementation of this MOU, an addition was added to it, so the development of another 1000 society-based job creation projects across the Kermanshah Province was targeted in order to be launched in the framework of the SAHAB  society-based model.

Following identification, education and granting facilities to the applicants, these job-creation projects will be launched completely within the next few months.

As a result of launching and complementing these 1800 job creation projects, more than 3000 job opportunities will be developed across the Kermanshah Province. The devoted credit to complete these job creation projects is more than 1500 billion rials.

Given the extension of job creation projects and covering all counties and deprived parts of Kermanshah Province, Barakat Foundation is going to train some facilitators for Kermanshah Province in its second Education Course for Social and Economic Facilitators, which would be held in the next June.

1800 job creation projects of Barakat Foundation in the Kermanshah Province have been created in 20 occupational categories including cattle and sheep breeding, sewing, turkey breeding, handicrafts, etc.

 It is necessary to mention that with the aim of deprivation eradication and stimulation of social and economic empowerment in the deprived areas of the country, Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), has started and launched the job creation movement and has tried to bring about new job opportunities and businesses in such deprived areas of both Kermanshah Province and the country.
