Training social innovators boot-camp to be organized
A boot-camp to train social innovators was organized and offered as of August 17 for three months.

The Public Relations Office of Barakat Foundation reported that the Social Innovations Fund, in collaboration with the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EOIKO), Office of the Vice President for Scientific and Technological Affairs, Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, and Martyr Beheshti University’s Science and Technology Park, offered the Boot-Camp to Train Social Innovators, in practice, and in line with their social responsibilities.

According to the report, the Boot-Camp to Train Social Innovators began on August 17 online, and its courses continue for three months. The participants in this boot-camp at the end receive a credible license, an opportunity for gaining practical experience as an actual worker, and on-job-training (OJT), as well.

The course also provides an opportunity for the enthusiasts for team-making, and for launching startups in this field.

The participants in the Boot-Camp to Train Social Innovators in their 36 hours of receiving special online training, attend classes under such specialized topics of Social Innovations and Job Creation in Practice, Social Effectiveness and Its Evaluation, Creation of New Social Businesses, and also get another 20 hours of specialized monitoring aimed a learning specialties and conducing practical projects and 10 more hours of visiting the social innovation complexes.

Another important and attractive special feature of this boot-camp by the side of presentation of specialized job creation and social innovation curriculum, is the existence of a section titled ‘Business and Trade Experience Sharing’, which is taught by personalities, such as Dr. Ali-Reza Nabi, Akbar Rajabi, and…, who are among the renowned personalities in the field of job creation and business training.

Those job creator and innovators who are after problem resolving in a sustainable manner and creation of employment opportunities, and students who are also interested in launching startups, the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the state and private sector companies, too, can enroll for participation in the Boot-Camp to Train Social Innovators.

 

The top student of the boot-camp will receive his/her entire paid tuition, and the best participation teams will have the chance of being stationed at the Innovations Park of Martyr Beheshti University.
