Initially, in this ceremony which was attended by Dr. Mokhber, President of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), Dr. Muhammad Javad Fadaee, Kerman Provincial Government Supervisor, Dr, Muhammad Mahdi Zahedi and Dr, Muhammad Reza Pourebrahimi, MPs of Kerman and Ravar people in the Islamic Consultative Assembly and Engineer Saeed Jafari, CEO of Barakat Foundation, Friday Prayers Leader and a group of noble people of Ravar, the martyrs families were appreciated.
In this ceremony, Dr. Mokhber, President of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) said that employment and constructional measures conducted in Ravar County are the results of a collective operation and cooperation and assistance of Kerman Governor General, Friday Prayers Leader and the local officials of Ravar. “About one year and nine months ago we promised that unemployment will be eradicated in Ravar and to achieve this something like the public mobilization during the sacred war era in this city” He added.
Addressing people of Ravar, he stated: “Rescuing our country is possible with your presence and others like you who have documented resistive economy. Your measures will make Iranian economy independence from oil.
Pointing to the presence and measures of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) trough Barakat Foundation on deprivation eradication and job generation in 1500 villages, districts and cities of the country in the framework of the society-based employment models in this year, he said, “We hope the employment movement will be launched in the country with the aim of empowering the society in the framework of the resistive economy.”
Dr. Pourebrahimi, MP of Kerman and Ravar people to the Islamic Consultative Assembly, was another speaker of this ceremony who thanked efforts of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) in order to eradicate deprivation and to realize economic empowerment across the whole country and said, “The data and statistics show that EIKO within eight past years has succeeded to generate in average 5000 job opportunities each year, i.e. totally it has generated 400000 job opportunities during such years.”
Pointing to heartily efforts and long-term views of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), Dr. Pourebrahimi said, “As the result of 1.5-year efforts of EIKO, 900 job opportunities were developed in this county and 800 other jobs are being finalized and totally 3000 job opportunities will be developed within three consecutive years.”
He said that Ravar County has exemplary and unique mines and added, “Investment of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) in this area will result in further employment and entrepreneurship.”
Eng. Jafari, CEO of Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO), was another speaker of this ceremony who said, “In accordance with the memorandum of understanding signed between EIKO and Kerman Province in 2016, Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) guaranteed to create 3000 job opportunities during the next three years. According to the data of 2016, the number of unemployed people of Ravar will reach 1600 people, out which 1100 people are breadwinner member of their families.”
Pointing to the generation of 2300 job opportunities in the framework of SAHAB (Barakat Economic supportive investment) and ASEMAN (popular investment and manpower employment bylaw) two society-based economic empowerment model imitative, Eng. Jafari said, “1500 job opportunities in SAHAB initiative and 800 job opportunities in ASEMAN initiative are in hand, out which 1500 cases have become finalized. Today, ASEMAN initiative with 800 job opportunities will be started with the presence of President of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) and Kerman Provincial Government Supervisor. The data is beside the indirect job opportunities in this regard.”
He put the sum of investment made for conducting SAHAB and ASEMAN initiatives more than 450 billion rials and added, “Barakat Foundation, in the framework of the policies declared by Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) will create added value through job generation.”
“The advantage of our work is that we do not constrain ourselves to awarding only loans, but we are seeking for creating more jobs. We reach from the market into products and production and we are trying to find sales channels before producing our products,” CEO of Barakat Foundation added.
It is necessary to say that, Barakat Foundation, an affiliated foundation of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) is working on SAHAB society-based economic empowerment model in 39 villages of Ravar County with the aim of developing 1500 job opportunities across the micro and domestic occupations such as carpet weaving. Likewise, to the ASEMAN initiative, the way will be paved for employment of 800 job applicants through creating jobs in the fields of handicrafts, small livestock, breeding camels, solar panels, etc. 92 billion rials have been expensed to create jobs for 2300 people. Barakat Foundation also is working on implementation of 260 constructional and infrastructural plans with the investment capacity of 216 billion rials including execution of construction operation of 7 Barakat schools with 50 classrooms, implementation of construction operation of 19 Barakat mosques, participation in construction of 201 housing units for deprived people and participation in construction of 31 other constructional and infrastructural projects.
Visiting society-based and loans-based job creation initiatives in Khaleghabad, Jalalabad, Taghiabad and Arababad villages of Ravar County and visiting the noble families of martyrs were other plans of the trip of the president of Execution of Imam Khomeini Order (EIKO) to Ravar County.
