Deputy head of Barakat Foundation social-based employments announcing the news added, “Keeping in mind the deprivation of Sistan and Baluchestan province, most of the social-based job creation plans of Barakat Foundation in deprived city districts and villages are allocated to that province, and they are in the process of implementation now.”
Morteza Niazi said that 9,000 social-based job creation plans are implemented in Sistan and Baluchestan province, adding, “8,000 billion rials, allocated from the no-interest loans of the banks, according to the 2nd article of Appendix 16 of the National Budget of the year 1401, is allocated to implementation of job creation plans in that province.
“The implementation of those 9,000 social-based plans will provide direct and indirect employment opportunities and businesses for 27,000 people,” he reiterated.
Niazi added that 63 executive officers and facilitators of Barakat Foundation are working in deprived parts of Sistan and Baluchestan province, offering services to the applicants.
He said that Barakat Foundation activities are applied in entire 22 townships of that province, emphasizing, “Also, 1,011 villages of Sistan and Baluchestan are under the supportive umbrella of Barakat Foundation social-based job creation plans.
The deputy head of Barakat Foundation social-based employments emphasized that special attention is paid to the women in these plans, reiterating, “62% of the foundation’s job creation plans in Sistan and Baluchestan province are allocated to women.
According to Niazi, most of the social-based job creation plans in Zabol, Nimruz, Hirmand, and Delgan cities are put to used already.
Presenting further details about the conducted moves in Sistan and Baluchestan province, he said, “By the end of the past Iranian year, 1400, more the 21,000 social-based job creation plans, capable of proving direct and indirect jobs for 63,000 people were implemented in deprived city districts and villages of that province.
The deputy head of Barakat Foundation social-based employments added, “The total volume of investments for completion of those 21,000 plans is 21,000 billion rials.
Niazi reiterated, “Out of that number of plans, some 2,500 plans were allocated to the special and vulnerable social class people, including the women guardians of families, the physically disabled citizens, fuel carriers, the freed prisoners and their families.”
“Meanwhile, 802 Return-to-Village Plans were implemented, that have resulted in reverse migration of the villagers from the cities back to the villages,”
The deputy head of Barakat Foundation social-based employments emphasized that keeping in mind the existing capacities in the region, and the local potentials, production of garments and fisheries are the priorities for job creation in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
