Creation of 450.000 Job Opportunities in the Deprived Regions of the Country
Head of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order announced the creation of 450000 job opportunities across the deprived regions of the country.

In the opening ceremony of the first mass production factory of human cells of Western Asia, Dr. Muhammad Mokhber said, “Activities of the Execution of Imam Khomeini Order all are in the framework of deprivation eradication, goals of the resistive economy and job creation.”

“We have predicted six mechanisms for job creation, so 450000 job opportunities have been created mostly in the deprived and less-developed parts of the country, so far”, he added.

He stressed, “Inauguration the first mass production factory of human cell byproducts is a valid document which indicates how capable and powerful our youth are on the one hand and also indicates how EIKO tries to meet various needs of our people, on the other hand.”

Pointing to this fact that our country is in the best condition in terms of development components, Dr. Mokhber said, “The figures issued by the World Bank both for the years before the Islamic Revolution and for the recent years indicate that despite the increased population and decreased level of oil production and exports, the absolute poverty in Iran has decreased from 46% in pre-revolution era to 9%.”

“Our country enjoys numerous godsend resources, which can solve our major problem, unemployment,” he added.

He referred to 2700 km water border, numerous mines, 95% of the world’s saffron products and various handicrafts as capabilities of the country which can be used for solving our problems and said that with so many resources we have in this country disappointment is meaningless and our people must be hopeful about their brilliant future.”

Head of EIKO said that with a movement based on the national coherence, the unemployment problem can be solved, with such a great potential we should avoid a condition in which creation of jobs for 5 million people is concerning for all of us.”

“There are two joint pivots in all countries who experienced a fast growth rate: paying attention to small and medium-sized companies and focus on knowledge-based companies,” he added.

Saying that EIKO does not use any form of rents, he stated, “We had not any rent in tenders we participated, we did not present in article 44 transfers, except one case, and all of our works were founding and establishing.”

Head of EIKO stressed, “Our approach in running companies is based on leaving and transferring them to people, as out of 104 companies in 2014 we reached to 60 companies in 2017 and we are determined to reduce it to 50 companies in 2018. We have contributed in 350 economic empowerment and job creation projects, out which we have transferred 180 companies to people.”

“Like other companies of the private sector, we have paid our taxes and duties completely and National Tax Organization can reaffirm this,” he added.

“We do not compete with the private sector and we are ready to transfer our activities to the private sector if there is any qualified volunteer there and we have the best relationship with the government. We neither seeking for fame nor for economic activities with the pure income creation for EIKO,” he said.

He also stated, “We have determined some certain frameworks in the EIKO according to which our activities must be in order to eradicate deprivation, to realize goals of the resistive economy and to create jobs. We have considered six mechanisms for job creation and we have created more than 450000 jobs mostly in the deprived parts of the country.”

He pointed to the role of the youth and elite class in running affairs of EIKO and said, “Now, we have more than 250 employees with Ph.D. degree from the best universities of the country who are working in various sections of EIKO. Relying on such professional and knowledgeable staff we succeeded to reach all of our wishes and wills.”

Dr. Mokhber referred to this fact that with human power, elites and national capabilities, enemies cannot harm the country through sanctions and said, “Nobody nowhere can make our people disappointed with sanctions and similar measures.”

Pointing that all projects and activities of EIKO are followed in the deprived parts of the country, Dr. Mokhber said, “We have worked with people through 350 small and medium-size companies and we have made some proper and good works through economic empowerment and society-based projects whose results will be clear within two coming years.”
