Managing Director of Barakat Foundation said that launching 3,500 job creation plans for Kulbars and fuel carriers in deprived and rural areas of 7 provinces of the country is included in the plans for the year 1401.
Mohammad Torkamaneh went on to say that launching these projects will create business opportunities for 10,500 people directly and indirectly.
Kulbars and fuel carriers are among the target audiences in Kordestan, Kermanshah, West Azarbaijan, Sistan and Baluchestan, South Khorasan, Kerman, and Fars provinces, he underlined.
The total volume of investment to launch this 3,500 employment plan amounts to 6,300 billion rials, he added.
By the end of the year 1400, about 8,000 job creation projects with a capacity of 24,000 direct and indirect jobs for Kulbars and fuel carriers were launched in deprived and less affluent areas of Iran, he pointed out

Most fuel carriers are forced to do the job, he said, adding that most of the people do not own smuggled fuels and cars and only play the role of a day-to-day driver.
Polls illustrate that a large proportion of Kulbars is also employed despite an inner satisfaction, he said, adding that if they have a minimal income, they will leave the job.
Being Kulbar or fuel carrier is against human dignity, he said, noting that proper ways for providing livelihood to the strata must be devised.
The facilitators of the Barakat Foundation are detecting kulbars and fuel carriers to introduce them to the definite banks for receiving loans, he underscored.
